Formerly Chief Executive of Bradford Vision, the Local Strategic Partnership for Bradford District, Elaine has acted as a national Adviser for eight years and has thirty years experience in partnership working.  She has nationally recognised skills in innovative policy and practice, particularly with regard to neighbourhood and community engagement, public services development and re-design, and Strategic Partnership development. 

 

She possesses an exceptional ability to manage and lead creative change in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.  A leader with formidable influencing, coaching and mentoring expertise, offering significant strategic leadership experience, strong troubleshooting skills and a proven ability to design and implement innovative solutions and optimise resources.
